Returns & Refund Policies

Product & Apparel Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To receive a refund, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

• We do not offer exchanges. Once your refund is issued, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Please include your order number inside your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
