Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Product & Apparel Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • To receive a refund, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.


Exchanges

We now offer direct exchanges on eligible items. To initiate an exchange, please visit our portal HERE within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, online courses, and course bundles are final sale, as access is granted immediately.

Dogtra E-collars

Opened boxes are not eligible for return. The product warranty is through Dogtra. Please contact them directly for any product issues.


NUBZ Beef Liver Treats

NUBZ may be returned only if the package is unopened and in original condition, within 10 days of delivery (no exchanges).
