Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns

10-day return window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Products must be must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.

Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Initiate: Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.

Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Timeline: New items ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, online courses, and course bundles are final sale as access is granted immediately.

Dogtra E-collars

Opened boxes are not eligible for return. The product warranty is through Dogtra. Please contact them directly for any product issues.

NUBZ Beef Liver Treats

NUBZ may be returned only if the package is unopened and in original condition, within 10 days of delivery (no exchanges).
