SHIPPING POLICIES
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75. All other shipping methods and delivery speeds are available at checkout — your selected shipping speed is in addition to our order processing time [1-3 business days].
No Bad Dogs.™ and Tom Davis International are not responsible for the delivery of packages once an order has shipped. We will not process refunds for lost or stolen packages. For questions regarding tracking or the whereabouts of a package, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.
We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance at checkout and/or selecting Priority Mail so your order is insured up to $100.00 USD.
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin after your order has been processed and fulfilled. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital course purchases do not ship. Access to your course is delivered instantly via email upon purchase — no shipping confirmation will be sent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may take 4 or more weeks to arrive. No Bad Dogs.™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier transfers, or any delays once the package is in USPS hands. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred upon delivery.

If you paid for extra package insurance via Route, please reach out to Route directly for any shipping inquiries or claims.
