How long does shipping take?

You can choose your shipping speed at checkout. Please note that most orders take 2–3 business days to process and fulfill before shipping. Your selected shipping time is in addition to that processing window.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering.

What is your return policy?

What collar is best for my dog?

Every dog is different. We typically start with a slip leash to teach leash pressure, but depending on the dog, a martingale, plastic pinch, or prong collar may be a better fit. How do I access my course after purchase?

You'll receive an email with access instructions immediately after purchase. Courses are delivered through Mighty Networks and are accessible on any device via a web browser or the Mighty app.

Do courses expire?

No. You have lifetime access to any course you purchase.

Are course sales final?

Yes. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales of courses, course bundles, and digital products are final.
