Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. In order to receive a refund for an order, the customer must ship back the item(s) unworn, unused, and unwashed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item(s) is received, we will process a refund for the item(s). Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
We do NOT offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund you can then reorder your correct item, style, and size.
